Medicare Supplements

When a person qualifies for Medicare he is presented with two basic options.  Each year between October 15th and December 7th the person can then make changes to these options.

 Option 1:

The Medicare recipient may choose to keep original Medicare.  If he chooses to keep original Medicare he may have substantial out of pocket expenses should he develop a health issue.  For that reason, a Medicare Supplement is advisable.

Option 2:

Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part C.  For more information on Medicare Advantage go to our Medicare Advantage tab***

The advantage of a Medicare Supplement over other options is twofold.  First, there will be less out of pocket in the event of a claim.  Second, with most Medicare Supplement policies you will be able to go to any doctor that accepts Medicare.  Most plans do not have a network.

In addition to a Medicare Supplement you will also need to select a Part D Prescription Plan.

SeniorCare Financial has contrated with most of the very competitive Medicare Supplement plans that are available.  We can help select the plan that is right for you!
